ARTIST BIO
Green Monstars are Knoname Needed, who is the producer and rapper, and Jigga Jenius Onthetrack, who is the rapper, from Portsmouth, VA. Being in music in some capacity since the age of 4 and 6 respectively, Knoname and Jenius has always had a ear for the music. Participating in plays, shows, showcases, marching and concert band, and performing as the Green Monstars, They definitely make sure music a part of them. Both Green Monstars' parents heavily influenced them with music with Knoname's mother a Minister of Music and pianist and Jenius's father a Music Educator and percussionist. Being compared to Outkast, Little Brother, De La Soul, and The Pharcyde, Green Monstars' music is totally different from the music made in the 757. That's why they're the Green Monstars, they make that left field music
